How the process works
Email us at support@myplushnest.com within 48 hours of delivery with the required details.

Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information for verification.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup where serviceable or guide you through the return process.

Once the item is received back, it will undergo a basic quality check.

We will then process a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the resolution agreed.

Replacements
If the item is eligible and stock is available, we will prioritize a replacement.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.

Refunds
If a refund is approved:

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. (Bank timelines may vary.)

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your bank details securely.

Shipping charges
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by PlushNest where pickup is serviceable.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Sale items
All discounted or sale items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How big is it?
It stands 161 cm tall, about five feet three inches, on a square black crystal-glass base, 26 × 26 cm. The clock face is 33 cm across.
Does it tick?
No. A silent quartz movement, powered by AAA batteries, sweeps the hands without a tick.
What does the wine holder take?
One standard wine bottle stands upright in the wire cage near the base, and the glass plate under the top holds two wine glasses by their stems. Wine and glasses are not included.
Does it arrive assembled?
Yes. It arrives assembled: add the AAA batteries, set the time and stand it on a level floor.
How do I care for it?
Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth and wipe the dial glass and the black crystal-glass base with a lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the gold finish.
