The lens housing is clear K9 crystal, its face frosted in fine vertical lines that soften the light passing through. Behind it, a translucent amber panel carries the mechanism: two polished metal reels with open cut-outs, a belt drawn taut between them, and a short metal lens barrel. A round mesh grille sits in a clear crystal arch at its foot, a quiet echo of the projector's sound.
At 29 cm tall and 25 cm wide, it holds its own on a console, a bookshelf or a media cabinet, and suits a study or a film lover's corner. A considered gift for someone who loves cinema.
Care: wipe the crystal and glass with a soft, lint-free cloth; dust the metal dry. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a request. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:
Order number
Clear photos of the outer box and inner packaging
Clear photos of the product showing the issue
An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage related claims
How the process works
Email us at support@myplushnest.com within 48 hours of delivery with the required details.
Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information for verification.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup where serviceable or guide you through the return process.
Once the item is received back, it will undergo a basic quality check.
We will then process a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the resolution agreed.
Replacements
If the item is eligible and stock is available, we will prioritize a replacement.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. (Bank timelines may vary.)
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your bank details securely.
Shipping charges
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by PlushNest where pickup is serviceable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Sale items
All discounted or sale items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated missed attempts, the parcel may be returned to origin.
