A porcelain figurine, 33 cm tall: a young woman in a periwinkle-blue gown, head bowed over a pipa, the pear-shaped Chinese lute, as if listening for the first note.
The gown is glazed a soft, glossy blue that deepens in its folds, with fine gold trim at the neckline, the shoulder and the hem, which sweeps out to one side as though she has just turned. The pipa is a pale sand glaze with gold strings and frets, and a red knotted cord and tassel hang from its head, the one bright note in the piece. Her hair falls loose in pale-gold waves under a thin gold band.
At 33 × 15 × 12 cm it suits a console, a mantel or a bookshelf, wherever it can be seen at eye level, and makes a graceful gift for someone who loves music.
Care: dust with a soft, dry cloth; avoid water and abrasive cleaners on the glaze and the gold. Porcelain can chip if knocked.

Order number
Clear photos of the outer box and inner packaging
Clear photos of the product showing the issue
An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage related claims
How the process works
Email us at support@myplushnest.com within 48 hours of delivery with the required details.
Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information for verification.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup where serviceable or guide you through the return process.
Once the item is received back, it will undergo a basic quality check.
We will then process a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the resolution agreed.
Replacements
If the item is eligible and stock is available, we will prioritize a replacement.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. (Bank timelines may vary.)
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your bank details securely.
Shipping charges
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by PlushNest where pickup is serviceable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Sale items
All discounted or sale items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
