A round wall clock in a black frame, its face an antique world map printed on glass: sepia coastlines, faded rose continents, and a tall ship under sail near the six.
Over the map, gold gears turn as the hours pass: a filigree wheel at the centre, an ornate wheel above it, and two open wheels below, each crossed by a pale three-spoke bridge. A second pane of clear glass covers the whole dial. Black Arabic numerals mark 12, 3, 6 and 9 on a pale minute track, and a silent quartz movement keeps the slim black hands sweeping, never ticking.
On the hour, a short melody plays. The sound can be switched off when you'd rather keep the quiet.
At 64 cm across, about 25 inches, and 6 cm deep, it holds a wall on its own: above a sofa, a sideboard or a dining table. It hangs by its rim from a single hook or nail.
Care: dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth and wipe the glass with a lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the frame.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a request. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
What you need to share for approval
To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:
Order number
Clear photos of the outer box and inner packaging
Clear photos of the product showing the issue
An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage related claims
How the process works
Email us at support@myplushnest.com within 48 hours of delivery with the required details.
Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information for verification.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup where serviceable or guide you through the return process.
Once the item is received back, it will undergo a basic quality check.
We will then process a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the resolution agreed.
Replacements
If the item is eligible and stock is available, we will prioritize a replacement.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days after approval. (Bank timelines may vary.)
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your bank details securely.
Shipping charges
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by PlushNest where pickup is serviceable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Sale items
All discounted or sale items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
